Monarch Alarms, based in the City of Norwich, was formed in 1993 and operates, mainly, throughout Norfolk and Suffolk although some of our activities extend nationwide. Works span the public and private sectors through to the commercial and domestic market.

Established in 1984, BAFE is a non-profit making organization dedicated to improving standards in fire protection. It is supported, amongst others, by government, trading standards and the Heath and Safety Executive. BAFE adopts third party Certification schemes developed by independent certifications bodies and where there are not relevant schemes in place, develops its own.

The Fire Protection Association is the UK's national fire safety organisation, one of 28 similar national bodies worldwide. It was established in 1946 and has strong support from the insurance industry, primarily through the Association of British Insurers and Lloyd's.

ISO 9001:2008 which gives the requirements for quality management systems, is now firmly established as the globally implemented standard for providing assurance about the ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.
